Honestly I’m so sick of seeing rich-girl fitness. Don’t show me pretty vegan smoothies in mason jars held by a girl with perfect makeup, a manicure, and a color-coordinated running outfit. Show me diets and workouts that I can manage when I’m working 13 hours days and living on a budget. Show me how to eat healthy when I have 5 minutes for lunch. Show me small things I can do to help my body. Show me workout plans that I can do outside of a gym when I can’t afford a membership. I don’t have time. I don’t have money. Half the time I don’t have the motivation to get up in the morning. But I have a body. I want to be healthy.

Because abortions aren’t the only way the patriarchy wants to control your junk
OBGYN: Yeah, you are exhibiting all the signs of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I’m so sorry.
Me: Huh? Oh, yeah. Insulin resistance, impossible weight loss, pre-disposition to type II diabetes, painful AF periods. Likelihood of bleed outs. Crap. That blows.
OBGYN: Yeah, well that too.
Me: *blinks* What?
OBGYN: Well, PCOS makes it very difficult for a woman to conceive and carry.
Me: BWHAHAHAHA. Yeah. No. No babies. Ever. Never wanted them. At all. Maternal instinct is not strong with this one. Only upside today.
OBGYN: Well then. Not exactly problem solved, but we’ll run with it.
Me: So about the MIND-SEARING PAIN and occasional HEAVY AF BLEEDING. When can we deal with that.
OBGYN: Not until you are 35.
Me: Dah fuq?
OBGYN: Not my rules. Hospitalization won’t even consider any treatment unless it’s life or death until you’re 35.
Me: Why?
OBGYN: Because you might want to have a baby.
Me: I’m 31. I didn’t want kids when I was 11, I didn’t want them at 21, and I sure as shit don’t want them now. Can’t I just sign a form that says “I don’t ever want a baby take it out, take it out now”?
OBGYN: Nope.
Me: Why?
OBGYN: Government rules. No removal of baby making parts before 35 unless your life is in immediate jeopardy.
TL;DR: The government knows better about your baby making parts than you do.
This is just evil. They are literally refusing to treat a potentially life-threatening condition, not just without the patient’s consent but despite the patient’s protest. Evil.
they’re controlling the means of production.
Change your mindset. Educate yourself. Stay positive. Cut shitty people off. Eat healthy. Focus on your goals. Spend some time alone. Read books. Drink more water. Take care of your skin.

I believe that you should eat whatever you want as long as it’s vegan :) carbs are great but don’t restrict yourself from eating some vegan cake or cookies just because there is coconut oil in them…well I love pasta !
You don’t have to justify your weight to anyone. You don’t need to say “but I exercise and eat healthy!” to feel like you deserve respect. You deserve respect no matter what you eat or how much you exercise. You deserve respect even if you have health issues. Don’t let others make you feel differently. You matter.
Dear vegans,
You don’t have to be raw, you don’t have to be hclf, you don’t have to eat healthy all of the time, you are more than welcome to have your favorite foods be oreos and french fries. You don’t have to be fit, you don’t have to work out everyday, you don’t have to post pictures of yourself. You can eat vegan fats, you can have lazy days. If you love healthy food- great, you do you! if you don’t- just as great! If you enjoy working out- perfect, if you don’t- that is fine by me. There are so many vegans out there that eat healthy and work out all the time and i see it putting so much pressure on the vegans that don’t want that lifestyle, or can’t afford it. that doesn’t have to be you-It doesn’t make you any less of a vegan.
The animals don’t care how you eat or work out, as long as you’re vegan
